Under Natalie Jenner‘s leadership, the Family Law team at Parslows represents clients in a range of matrimonial proceedings, including divorce and separation agreements and contentious ancillary issues, as well as assisting with the drafting of pre-and post-nuptial agreements. The practice also takes on private child matters, such as parental responsibility disputes, leave to remove applications and surname changes.
Jersey-based SMEs form the core of Parslows’ Corporate and Commercial client base; the firm advises on transactions, joint ventures and contractual agreements with large companies. Managing partner Carl Parslow heads the group, specialising in the property aspects of corporate transactions for owner-managed small businesses. David Hill is well versed in advising on cross-border transactions.
