Sue & Dave Case Study 2

In the second of our updates Mel at Parslows has caught up with Sue & Dave.    Since their last meeting there has been some really good news.

“Well, when we left your office we popped into the coffee shop just around the corner from your office.  Dave happened to bump into one of his old school friends, Andy. During the conversation Dave groaned about how difficult it has been to find any affordable property in St John or indeed elsewhere in Jersey.

It must have been divine intervention, as Andy asked why we hadn’t taken advantage of the affordable housing scheme.  I have to be honest we hadn’t even considered that any affordable scheme would assist us but we applied and have since been accepted on the scheme. More than that we have found a property in St John.  We are beyond excited!”

Sue & Dave explained they had got in touch as they now wanted Parslows to move forward with the conveyancing.  Mel explained that we would get them all signed up and hopefully with a fair wind should be able to complete the conveyancing in good time and they could possibly be in their new home within 5 to 6 weeks.
