Dear Mel, please forgive us for a tardy response to your management of the sale of one house and the purchase of a new one. We knew from the outset that you are tenacious and willing to go the extra mile for your clients for which we are very grateful. We cannot mention your name without mentioning Sue who was always well informed, soft and gentle and also the other Sue from the financial department who kept us up to date when there was a hiccup. Our blood pressure at the time was sky high and when the ‘all clear’ was sounded we were emotionally drained, but very happily drained. Thank you and also both the Sues for a very satisfactory outcome to our white knuckle ride.
