Having never been through anything like this before and the things you see and hear about with such cases I was worried that being male would have made it so much harder to get the outcome I wanted. Not only did Barbara make me feel comfortable at all times she also made the whole process a lot less daunting .. and in the end we got the outcome we had hoped for from the start.
