Natalie is a Partner at Parslows LLP with overall responsibility for our Private Client and Family Law Departments. She supports clients with a wide range of private client matters, including wills and estate planning, probate, lasting powers of attorney, succession issues and family law matters such as divorce and child arrangements.

Private Client Practice
Her private client practice includes advising on the following areas:
- Jersey wills (movable and immovable) and cross-border wills for clients based overseas who hold assets in Jersey
- Estate planning, including succession structuring and asset protection
- The administration of estates (probate) and support for executors and beneficiaries
- Lasting powers of attorney for both financial affairs and health and welfare decisions
- Delegation for clients who require assistance in managing their personal or financial matters
- Tutelles, including advising on the appointment, responsibilities and ongoing management
Family Law Practice
Her family law practice includes advising on:
- Divorce, civil partnership dissolution and separation, providing sensitive and practical guidance throughout the process
- Financial matters, including settlement negotiations, maintenance, asset division and financial arrangements on divorce or separation
- Property issues, including property rights on relationship breakdown and ownership disputes
- Private law children matters, including residence, contact arrangements, parental responsibility, and applications relating to the removal or non-removal of children from the jurisdiction
Court Experience
As an Advocate of the Royal Court, Natalie regularly appears before the Jersey courts and at a wide range of hearings in both family law and private client matters. Before being called as an Advocate, she practised as an Écrivain (Jersey solicitor), giving her strong foundations in court procedure, written advocacy and client representation.
She has extensive experience across matters ranging from routine applications to complex and fully contested proceedings. Natalie is known for her calm, reassuring presence in court and her ability to present cases with clarity, precision and confidence. Clients value the strong advocacy she provides, together with her practical, solution-focused approach to achieving the best possible outcome.
