We’re delighted to announce that Barbara Littler has passed the first four exams of the Jersey Advocates & Solicitors Examination.
At the halfway point of her qualification, this is a significant milestone.
Babs sat Jersey Legal System and Constitutional Law, Testate and Intestate Succession, Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure and Legal Professional Ethics, and Law of Security Interests and Bankruptcy in her first year of the course. She passed them all. These exams cover some of the most demanding material in the qualification and clearing them in one year demonstrates real mastery of both breadth and depth.
This is exactly the calibre of commitment and expertise we’ve come to expect from our team. We’re fortunate to have Babs at Parslows and look forward to watching her progress through the final three exams.
