The Role
We are looking for a motivated Property legal assistant to join our dedicated team. You will play a key role in assisting with property transactions, including both residential and commercial conveyancing, while enjoying the benefits of working in a close-knit, specialised team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who values quality, precision, and hands-on experience in a busy and growing property law team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Advocates and conveyancers in handling both residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Acting as a point of contact for clients, estate agents, and financial institutions, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
- Assisting with general administrative duties, such as file management, client correspondence, and collating compliance documentation.
- Communicate regularly with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions, providing updates and advice.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in property law (training provided for the right fit!)
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-first approach.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- IT proficient, with experience in legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
- A working knowledge of French would also be useful but not a requirement of the position.
- Have entitled or entitled to work status
