David heads up our English law, corporate and commercial law, cross-border and international transaction offering. Prior to joining Parslows, he was the managing partner and head of corporate of Burlingtons Legal, a boutique London practice, and before that he was a corporate and commercial partner at Howard Kennedy.
He has over 20 years’ experience of advising on corporate and commercial law matters, acting for State owned-enterprises and listed companies as well as SMEs and entrepreneurs in a wide variety of sectors. Based in London, he has particular expertise in managing transactions with an international element. David also has significant experience and focus on assisting clients in the legal process of buying and selling Jersey businesses.
