Fast and prompt service, they did everything they could to make sure we could complete in a very short time frame which really helped us with lock down restrictions. Kept up to date throughout and the online system also helped. Service didn’t stop after completion, we had an issue getting hold of the previous owner to gain access to service charge accounts, a nudge from Parslows did the trick! Thanks Sarah and Mel.
