Parslows LLP is pleased to have advised the Battle of Flowers Association in relation to corporate governance matters in the lead-up to the successful 2025 Battle of Flowers event held in St Helier.
The Battle of Flowers is one of Jersey’s most well-known and long-standing community events, attracting thousands of spectators each year. The 2025 event marked a change of location, with the parade successfully held in Jersey’ capital town centre, drawing strong participation from locals, visitors and organisations.

Parslows’ corporate and commercial team advised the Association on a range of governance matters, including support with internal procedures, documentation, and compliance considerations. The advice supported the Association in helping to ensure its governance arrangements were fit for purpose.
The success of the 2025 event is a testament to the dedication and hard work of the Battle of Flowers team, who managed to deliver a well-organised and enjoyable parade despite facing a number of challenges in the lead-up. Their commitment and professionalism played a key role in making the event a highlight of Jersey’s summer calendar.
Advocate Carl Parslow, Partner at Parslows LLP, commented:
We were pleased to assist the Battle of Flowers Association in the lead-up to this year’s event. It’s a valued part of Jersey’s cultural calendar, and we are proud to have played a small role in supporting its continued success.”
