Shaun has been a Jersey conveyancer for over 38 years. He is well known in the Jersey property market for delivering high quality knowledgeable advice to his clients.
He has handled a wide range of property transactions over the years, acting for just about every type of property client, be it large scale property developers, financial and professional institutions through to general home movers and first-time buyers. Shaun has conveyed all types of local residential property, be it freehold, flying freehold or share transfer. His commercial work extends but is not limited to property development, commercial, office/retail premises and supermarkets.
He always provides timely and pragmatic expert advice to whomever he is acting for.
